en Pelisplus. After years of trying everything from CBT and hypnotherapy to yoga, an anxious man is still trapped in a relentless loop of panic and overthinking. Then he discovers mindfulness. Unfortunately, sitting quietly with his thoughts turns out to be almost as stressful as having them. Determined to find a way to practise mindfulness without completely losing the will to live, he stumbles upon an unlikely solution: a roller disco. Sometimes, finding inner peace means putting wheels on your feet.
